By the way, can someone enlighten me as regards what steemjet is all about in a lay man understanding.

I have tried reading some posts all i keep seeing is launchcodes and the likes, then i saw graphic designs and then human resources.

Maybe i am mixing things up, i need clarification even tho i already filled the biodata form without knowing in details what the community is all about and the force behind it.

yes I agree with you, in a relationship or a forum must be mutually communication without communication like a bus that is not driver ..
