@Lifeofdealington we have some new steemian that are just coming onboard, in which they just know about steemjet and also want to participate in steemjet contest, it will be nice if only new graphics design for steemjet can be drop at the comment area so as to reduce the stress of @dimimp of visiting everybody blog, and it will be meaningful graphics design and not repeated design.

I won't stop to give you credit for paying good attention to our every detail, however many we are, and your choice of HR is undoubtedly the best, because you know enough to know that.
Since inception of the Steemjet project, there's been nothing but erratic display of talents in your pages, people rediscovered themselves and were triggered to do things they never knew they could, creativity was rebirthed, personalities were formed.
That said, I think the problem we should look out for is less the defaults of the HR, but more of how we can manage and incorporate more rising personalities with the perfect leadership traits to sustain our Steemjet initiative.
With Steemjet, not just Olivia, but everyone is a superstar. I believe once pronounced Steemjet team, they commenced work towards meeting expectations. They will need support from all of us, I suggest we try to grease their elbows however we can. It's still for all our benefits, so let's help each other achieve success!
That's not to say you can't keep evolving in your substance, do what you know best, get better at it by the day. The boss always sees, he always knows. What will be done, will be done. Cheers!

Thing is, there are a lot of broke people out there. These people join steem to try to find a way out of brokenness. But, they mostly all leave the platform due to frustration because they don’t have knowledge on what to do to make some steem.
What new users need to keep up to daily activities is knowledge. To know how to do things and which kind of things to do.
Knowledge is given in a school setting and it will make lot of impact to give this knowledge to the users.
Steemjet school sounds like a great initiative. To teach and educate new users on how to earn a few steem from the steem Blockchain. This way they will constantly know how to ‘fish’ for themselves instead of ‘been fed’.
This will keep every new users wanting to stay to dig more in steem therefore increasing the number of daily activity of steem which in turn boosts the adaptability, usuability and value of the currency. Infact such user can promote steem more. But imagine, if I don’t have enough knowledge about a platform can I promote it?
Many new users join the platform daily, but without knowledge they wander around not knowing what exactly to do. Their inactivity does no good to the platform.
I have been thinking of this initiative for a long time but just as we know, a project that is not well funded does not go too far, it does not reach its potential.
This has been the hindering factor towards commencement of the Steem education on my part.

If your effort is going to cause other people not to be able to read the post, then I think it's wise you consider your actions. Writing multiple comments to commend others is going to make this place crowded and others cannot read the post after a day or two as their phone/laptop crashes due to the excess comments such as this. So, if you consider this, you will understand that at the end of the day, your good intended action will yield a bad result. We don't look at motive, we look at results. Olivia will teach people that bitcoin money does not pollute your food chain asmuch as other monetary systems. You can take part in our project by answering questions people have around here just like I am doing now. This will free up my time to create more tools for teaching new people and the moe people that show up the more you will need to teach them and it grows/continues until everyone on planet earth has steem and knows that it is a true blockchain (not an ICO) just like bitcoin!

steem is going to be the "bitcoin" of social media tokens. You see all these social media sites that want to start their own crypto token, well SMT does the difficult part for them (blockchain integration). Then they take whatever they were going to invest on building a blockchain and use that money to back the value of their token to create an economy.
The Lit platform uses Mithrill, but they could just use an SMT. Facebook wants to integrate a crypto, and they could with and SMT and they could have all that juicy control over the money supply that they crave.
That is the beauty of SMT. You will have an exchange where you can trade KIN tookens for Lit tokens for Facebook tokens (different platforms of course).
Reddit could implement an SMT and become just like steem but where the best content that trends gets paid the most. If they can pull this off like the paper is written, then steem will take a big chunk of not only the erc-20 market, but it might create a black hole for all new social app currencies because it will be too cheap for them NOT to use SMT to build their crypto integration concept (especially after the first one draws up and publishes the code, remember the erc-20 explosion, well, we will get one after the code is done, but when...)
Crypto (token value) integration is what every company wants to try to obtain right now, and smt makes this real simple.
Personally I don't see a need for SMT for steemjet as it only complicaes our message, but the fun factor will no doubt be too much to resist, and we will no doubt obtain a steemjet SMT, but for what I have no idea yet. All I know is that I caught a glimpse of the smt iceberg and it is truly enormous if Ned can make SMT easy to use and integrate.

@aage as you know this is a contest, and we need proper judgments , if you notice, @dimimp is now going through all contest entry and this have to be done properly, you won't just believe the boss is just attending to over 15days entry, so the work is too much for him to for now and that is why he set up space force team to help him out, so kindly let wait patiently for him to go through all contest entered by everyone, because it won't sound well if he miss someone's design. It would be best to have some patience and wait to get things done properly. The contest was originally planned to end on June 30th and if he decides to end it earlier, then I think it will be best to wait and follow him at his pace. The work load is quite much on him, so adding some extra pressure won't really help. Thank you.
