When this community needs a leader, they turn to the captain. When a captain fulfills his responsibilities, it aids in the steemjet success.
Thus my suggestion is that the proposed steemjet captain shouldn't be by appointment but should be one who has been well cooked, tested and dim fit for such a great position.

I suggest the name of the star to be Amina.
The title: Princess Amina and the Steemititians.
Amina is an Hausa name popular among the Hausa people of Northern Nigeria. Why I choose the name is that I wanted to get a name that is more traditional than the more popular English names. It will drive the message that crypto is not just a white man thing but for everyone. I decided to use the Hausa name because we want to show that even our girls can get on some adventures even in a tradition that believe women should end up as housewives only.
Wonderful idea, this can also bring awareness to the ongoing kidnapping of school girls in Northern Nigeria.
But the Steemititians might be a little too tongue twisting how about a simpler name, say Steemanji

Nevertheless, the position of the steemjet captain needs someone ready to make sacrifices,take up responsiblities and make sure newbies are carried along. And maybe you can delegate steem to the person if hes committed so he helps curate members of our steemjet intiative.

i suggest that name because it is ambiguous and has diverse meaning to different people. in the ibibio tribe of Akwa Ibom it means "Closer to God if you add the stem -abasi to it" but outside the Ibibio tribe its an English name.I think it will be an all embracing name.
