Water is Life

That phrase has never been truer. The human body is made up of about 60 to 70percent of water . This underscores the importance of the element in respect to the normal human state. It is however the most abundant compound on earth as it occupies two third of the earth's land mass.

Why is water important? The human body is very complex and even more. Omplex is the myriads of biochemical reactions that takes place daily per second. Water as we know from elementary chemistry is a universal fluid and almost all chemical reactions require water or it's elements in some form.

The normal state of good water level in the body is known as normal hydration state. Overhydration and dehydration can result from various conditions and it tips humans to the other side of the health fence. We require about 2.7 to 3 litres of water in the temperate and tropical regions respectively. This is due to the differences in the temperature.
Good hydration leads to better functioning of the biochemical systems of the body, decreasing toxins in the body, limiting kidney stone formations and ensuring a satisfying life.
The problems of dehydration are enormous and more worse in children.
Stay healthy today..get adequate water today.
