Quite brilliant. These are amazing initiative and a proper documentation of a fundamental community development . All the initiatives are quite needed but I’d love to add some few to this and of course I’d love to talk about some of the initiatives.

The Human Resources should consider the importance of conferences as a community , as a team , as a company. We operate on blockchain yeah, we stay connected oh yes . But there should be a time where all the crews gathers SF1-SF7, with the presence of the commander right there for a kinda our community summit. A worldwide conference when crews SF1-SF7 converges at a particular location with a theme: Steemjet World Summit with commander @dimmip. This brings about more co-operation as a work body trying to achieve a particular goal.

If the HR department could put this into consideration, it’s only a suggested idea.

Then about the discord party and the birthday give always

Seeing this from the perspective of financial department or financial advisor. The need to donate steem on birthdays or at the discord party could be comfortably replaced with upvote {Curation} Everyone present on discord on the live show could be rewarded by curating a post from each present user.

Birthday giveaway too could be comfortably replaced with curation. The said celebrants makes a post about the special day and the post gets heavily curated and so saving some liquid steem for other projects

So by so doing , we’d definitely cut the expenses by
1000 steem to be channeled into other projects by the community.
