I think the choice of submitting the entry as a post or as comment should be optional. However, @dimimp has already said that a formal post will be made where entries will be accepted. Thank you for granting everyone an opportunity to make contributions towards building the steemjet.
My thoughts exactly because I am wondering how to make a post with such a very short write up. Might look somehow

If it's gonna be just writeup then I think it should be done in the comment section alone so somehow it should be easy for @dimimp to go through them and also minimize plagiarism.
