Hello everyone! This is our breakfast as of today, in Filipino dish which we call Ensaladang Dilis. I've been craving for this, so yesterday night I decided to make this one for breakfast. You just have to prepare dried dilis (anchovies), cucumber ( i know some of Filipino used radish which I thought was better but I prepare using cucumber), onion (dice), tomatoes, vinegar, salt to taste, oil for frying and lemon.
In a fan, fry the dilis until turn into crispy, then set aside. Put all the ingredients together then add the vinegar and salt to taste, lemon to balance the sourly taste then serve! Easy right?
What a satisfying breakfast to start my morning.
Have a sourly breakfast everyone! :)
