Meat soup is one of the cuisine menu is delicious to be served as the main menu. This one soup fits once enjoyed say cold weather or rainy season arrives, because these foods can warm our bodies.
For nutrition, meat soup is no doubt as long as the selection of meat should be right, do not choose a stinky meat. In addition to the main ingredients of beef, this soup is also combined with fresh and healthy vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, beans, tomatoes and much more. Well for this opportunity we will share the concept of making beef soup nice and delicious.
MATERIALS
- 1/2 kg of fresh, diced beef
- 300 gr of diced potatoes
- 200 grams of cabbage, medium irus
- 150 gr beans, cut short
- 3 pcs carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 btg onion cut into 1cm pieces
- Rada flavoring, to taste
- sugar, to taste
- salt to taste

COOKING PROCESS :
- Boil pieces of beef for 20 minutes in boiling water, juice and tiriska.
- Stir-fry the spices with a little oil until fragrant.
- Tusng water into a seasoning stir, let it boil.
- Then enter the boiled beef into boiling spice water.
- Put pieces of vegetables that have been washed clean, wait until cooked and seasoning soaked while stirring.
- Serve in a serving bowl and put a sprinkling of fried onions and sliced leeks.
