● How to make:
Beat the butter, palm sugar and sugar until soft. Add eggs one by one while continuing to shake until fluffy. Add flour, cornflour, milk powder, salt, and baking soda, stir well.
Flat the dough with a thickness of about 1-1½ cm, then print with a small circular mold. Do it until the dough runs out.
Arrange the mixture in a baking sheet with margarine, sprinkle with grated cheese and almonds.
Bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 30-40 minutes or until cooked, remove from heat. Store in an airtight container.
