It's important to diversify into other markets. I'm not just talking about alt coins. Real estate, precious metals, eBay/Etsy merchandise etc. You know the saying "don't put all your eggs in one basket".
There are entire books on diversification. Bottom line: Please don't ever go all in on a hyped up sh/tcoin and you'll probably be fine. When one industry or market is down, others may be up and it can even itself out if you're truly diversified - again this does not mean getting some ETH, LTC, and STEEM along with your BTC but other markets even outside of cryptospace
So true about diversification and great meme at the end. Four years of college (governmental schooling), including screwing around at frat parties and not learning much is not as good as actually learning a marketable skill and earning money. Especially with all the debt students end up with after college. Many will spend 25 years trying to pay it off. Governmental schooling is all a scam financially and it is intended to indoctrinate people to worship authority. It benefits government and banks.
