Ok, well, just screwed up this post a little, but hopefully folks will still see this.
Splinterlands is a trading card game entering it's second year. It's built on the Steem blockchain. The cards are worth ~$4M. We've completed 2 crowd funds in the past. We're working on the third. The third is available on kickstarter and on fundition.

What is a crowd fund?
With this project we're introducing some items that are going to be made physically. Stickers, tee-shirts, decks of cards, and our wonderful book. We have to have estimates of how many we're going to print and then figure out how to ship them around the world. There are big price breaks when you shift from making one at a time to making them in bulk. So, we're interested in printing up a bulk order, but the question is how many should we print.
To get the answer to that we need to know how many people are interested in the physical goods and do we want to print some extra while we are at it. So, we decided to host a crowd fund. Players can support the project and declare before we print things if they would like to receive them. This gives us a head count for the various items so that we can get stuff printed and get an appropriate amount.
Pledging and overpledging.
In the kickstarter you're able to pledge for digital only and digital + physical tiers. In the Fundition crowdfund you can only pledge for digital things.
There are many reward tiers in the Kickstarter Campaign. There's only one tier in the Fundition campaign. You can however "overpledge." An overpledge is where you pledge more money for a specific tier than is required for that tier.
If the tier minimum is $1 and you select it and put in $2 then you are "overpledging the reward tier." When you do that you may become eligible for getting extra stretch goals and extra cards.
Reward Tiers
I'm going to dive into a few of the most common reward tiers and share what they receive in this spreadsheet:

Please check it out. Hopefully it clarifies where we are at.
