Steem Monsters article several reasons why the Champions League players would dominate not only the highly endowed Diamond tournaments, but also all the others:

I replied "Well, that's all well and good and correct, but it seems you cannot recognize the huge elephant in the room - that the experienced pros are simply the better players?"
It was less about whether I was really right or not, but I just wanted to tease the noble fighter for justice a little bit. :)

Ich antwortete, das sei ja alles richtig, gut und schön, aber den riesengroßen Elefanten im Raum - dass die erfahrenen Cracks nun mal einfach besser spielten - den sähe er wohl nicht?
Es ging mir dabei weniger darum, ob ich tatsächlich Recht hatte oder nicht, sondern ich wollte den hehren Kämpfer für die Gerechtigkeit einfach ein wenig provozieren. :)

Das war durchaus fruchtbar, denn als Folge dieses Gesprächs entstand die Idee, ihm einfach mal für eine gewisse Zeit (wir denken zunächst an ca. einen Monat) meinen Steem Monsters-Account komplett und ohne irgendwelche 'Gebühren' mit der Zielvorgabe zu überlassen, meine täglichen Quests zu erfüllen und mindestens die Champions League I zu erreichen. Als begeisterter Turnierspieler kann er ab jetzt seine Fähigkeiten beweisen und an so vielen Turnieren (bis hin zu reinen Goldkartenwettbewerben) teilnehmen, wie es ihm beliebt und dabei jeweils die Hälfte aller mit meinen Monstern erzielten Preisgelder einstreichen.
Also mach etwas aus deiner Chance, @udow, und belohne dich reichlich! :)
ich Wer also in den kommenden Tagen von @jaki01 geschlagen wird, sollte mir nicht böse sein, denn mit relativ großer Wahrscheinlichkeit war dann gar nicht der Übeltäter, sondern ein gewisser @udow. :-)
P. S.: Da ich @udow vertraue, bekommt er direkten Zugriff auf meinen Account. Für den Fall, dass wir uns weniger gut kennen würden, hätten wir von der neuen und äußerst nützlichen Möglichkeit Gebrauch machen können, Steem Monsters zu delegieren.
Lol, das wird lustig. Auf meinem Sidekick werden die nächsten Tage dann meine goldenen Monster auftauchen, die spielt dann der Bergdoktor :-)
Nun, @udow ist kein 'Bergdoktor', sondern ein 'alter' Schul- und Schachfreund, den ich vor einiger Zeit zum STEEM gebracht habe, und der jetzt begeisterter Steem Monsters spielt als ich. :)
Ich meinte nur, dass unser Maddin demnächst auch meine Gold-Dinger spielen kann, das wird dann lustig :-)
Ah ... ja ... letztlich ist es bequemer, seine Investitionen für sich arbeiten zu lassen (und anderen damit sogar noch eine Freude zu bereiten), als seine eigene Zeit mit Quests etc. zu verschw..... ähm verbringen (jedenfalls dann, wenn man so faul ist wie ich!).

Nachdem ich gestern bereits meinen Dank mit einem 100%-Upvote ausgedrückt habe finde ich jetzt auch noch die Zeit etwas mehr dazu zu schreiben (ich weiß ein paar Kommentare habe ich schon beantwortet):
Auch wenn er natürlich 50% des Gewinns selbst behält kann ich die anderen 50% in mein eigenes Deck investieren, was eine tolle Sache ist.Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an @jaki01 für die Aktion !
Cool ist es auch, dass ich einerseits die Möglichkeit habe max-Leveled-Karten zu nutzen - diese Möglichkeit hatte ich bisher nicht und andererseits das Liveteam nun richtig kennenzulernen.
Um ehrlich zu sein habe ich das Liveteam bisher so gut wie gar nicht benutzt (außer zur Erledigung des Tagesquests), da ich meine eigenen begrenzten Mittel komplett in das Erdteam gesteckt habe.
Also nochmal vielen Dank @jaki01 und ich werde mein Bestes tun um sowohl in den Turnieren als auch der Liga das zu erreichen was machbar ist.

I always like to mention that the player with the most advantage in any specific league is the person who plays in that league the most. Going down in league play can sometimes be just as hard as going up if you are not use to the levels.
Good point. Quite often it happens that I 'forget' monsters to lose some of their main skills at low levels ...
So true, I used the green teams tree healer many times in the lower levels forgetting that it doesn't have heal. It has cost me a match or two for sure.
Yes or the Flesh Golem, he get healing only at level 3 and I also put him in Novice League and wondering why he don't fill up.
So interessant euer Projekt und die künftigen Ergebnisse auch sein mögen, am schönsten daran finde ich, dass sich hier auf Steemit Menschen kennengelernt haben, deren Vertrauen zueinander groß genug ist, um dem jeweils anderen sogar seinen eigenen Account anvertrauen zu können.
Ich muss hier ein wenig korrigieren: Wir kannten uns schon vorher (ich habe @udow zum STEEM gebracht). Trotzdem ist es in der Tat so, dass ich durch die Beschäftigung mit dem STEEM viele sehr nette und interessante Leute erst kennengelernt habe (und sie auch im realen Leben bereits traf), denen ich ebenfalls absolut vertrauen könnte.

Till now I played 4 matches and won all 4, let's see how long I can keep the 100%

Ich muss diese Ansicht, Gold foilers seien bessere Spieler als ich, aufs entrüstetste zurückweisen. Nicht umsonst bin ich im Novice Tournament heute bis in die 3. Runde gekommen, um dann gegen Udow auszuscheiden.
P.S.: Was habt ihr Pros eigentlich da unten in unseren Turnieren verloren?^^

Spannend - so schlecht spielt er nicht der @udow - ich sehe Ihn in den Top 40. Gespannt wie es ausgeht @jaki01 - ich freu mich schon auf den Delegation Markt.
Nein, der Mann spielt gut! Muss nur (natürlich) teilweise noch Erfahrung mit Monstern sammeln, die er bisher nicht zur Verfügung hatte (z. B. ist es in CL-Regionen üblich, den 'Peaceful Giant' vorne hinzustellen, wenn die Monster alle 'Abilities' verlieren ...). :)
Ist mir gestern aufgefallen mit dem Peaceful Giant und habe gemerkt, dass ich da noch verdammt schwach auf der Brust bin - muss bisserl warten bis ich nachhkaufen kann :-).
