I've been playing in all the free tournaments where possible without too much success recently.
Nevertheless I kept going with our @contestkings account and last night we had a breakthrough winning a liquid steem prize + some smart tokens.
The paid tournament created by @steemtaskr had a small fee of 1 steem to participate, I think this is fine as it helped enable higher prizes being awarded to the winners.
Some interesting battles unfolded over the first few rounds with the 13 participants.
Unfortunately I made a error in my team selection which resulted in us falling short of making it to the final.
In saying this I had some fun and was happy with the outcome and return provided.
If you have some spare time over the weekend there are plenty of prizes on offer.
