I've been questing daily. Had a hell of a time of it today. Funny how some days are easier than others. Almost every player I battled had more points than me and higher level cards than me. I persisted though, and finished my quest!
On a side note, I'm really liking the improvements to the Steem Monsters site. If you haven't noticed, click on "collection" and check out all the changes. You now get stats, card values, cards for sale, and a little lore to go with each card.
I like that they added a little lore to each card. It's fun to read the story lines and learn the history of the cards. I spent a nice chunk of time reading all my card lore before I went to sleep last night.
I like that you can see the card value now too. I had a few cards that I wondered about the value of, but I was too lazy to look them up!
Well lets see what I got for the week. Today's quest was a lot of work. I was a little disappointed I didn't get any rare, epic or legendary cards. You can't get them all the time though, and for the most part I've been blessed with some decent cards in the past. I'm always happy to level up my cards. I really need to start leveling up my summoners!
Found one rare card on 3/27
Another rare on 3/26 and a couple of Creeping Oozes. I play that card all the time. It's incredible how many times you need just 1 mana to complete the mana limit. 9 out of 10 times I sneak in the Ooze :)
I was stuck in Silver I so I only got 4 cards for each quest. I was really happy about these Naga Fire Wizards though!
I got some strong cards on 3/24. It took me a little while to get to Gold III this season. I'm hoping to at least make it to Gold II again this season. Only a few days left though and it's not looking good!
LOL, I love the Exploding Dwarf. I don't know why but it makes me chuckle every time I see it.
Well, I'm in Gold III now. I'd be real happy if I could finish the season in Gold II again. I need to start leveling up my summoners. Each week I plan on leveling up a summoner. I'm having a lot of fun playing the game, but I just don't want to spend a ton of STEEM on it to compete. My strategy for deck building has been buying in slowly when I see something at a nice price. I'll have to earn my non-summoners by quests now and start buying summoners whenever I have some spare STEEM.
That's it for this weeks Steem Monsters Quest. Hope to see you on the battlefield!
You are doing well. I'm stuck on Silver II and just doing a few quests each week. I really need to level up my summoners, but I am powering up what I make for now. The new front end has some nice features. You can lease cards to other players now, but I have not tried that yet.
you could delegate with in the last version to. What they was talking about was a card delegating market to my understanding.
I didn't know you could do it before. I expect some people will be earning well from this.
Card delegation. That's brilliant.

It's tough. I have a really decent deck for the most part with really weak summoners. I'll have to look into the card leasing thing. That's pretty cool!
I love the upgrades they've made so far. Seems like that platform is going to have a long life ahead of it. Really fun game too!
To make some steem to buy more cards just buy the alpha cards for the cards you do not use level them up in alpha state and then convert them in to beta cards. It cost less cards to upgrade alpha then beta. then combine with your own card and sell. Need to watch out for outliers in price though.
I'll have to look into that. Thanks.
