What is Sinamak?

Sinamak is a combination of different spices and condiments to create a perfect dip. They use " Bisaya nga Langgaw " or " Visayan Vinegar as the main ingredient. We don't use the processed vinegar already packed in sachet or came from plastic container commonly available in supermarkets and other convenient stores. " Bisaya na Langgaw " have different taste compare to the processed one.

You can find " Sinamak " to most of the Food restaurants here in Negros. Then it is very rare to see houses without " Sinamak "ready in their kitchen if someone will ask for it.
Because of the required spices and condiments to put together inside a whiskey container or we called it here " Botelya ka Lipid ''.
You can have " Sinamak " That will last for how many years. All you have to do is to refill a visayan vinegar as soon as the content is needed to fill a new vinegar in " Sinamak Spices ".
