The Road to a Healthy Life style!!!!!

In every walks of life we come to a certain point in our life that we realize that we didn't live a healthy and quality life style. We just enjoy everything that we didn't think if this things is good or this food is good fo us.We just spent to much doing things until midnight or worse is till morning and we didn't get enough sleep.

That is where I am now... I realize I didn't make my self healthy as what other people do.Healthy Lifestyle mean eating nutritious food or shall we say proper diet and getting enough sleep,it means we should get 7 to 8 hours.We should give our body time to repair damage cells.

NOT TOO LATE:

It's not too late to start the right thing.Do it now and not later.As I start my journey to a healthy and a happy life!!!!

Let me share to you steemians what I do every after work.I always make time to go to gym and do all these workour routine.

30 minutes cardio( treadmill,bicycle)
15-20 reps for 2-3 sets Reverse Crunch
=lift you two leg together and make a reverse letter L

15-20 reps scissors
=lie down and lift your two leg like a scissor

15-20 reps for 2-3 sets Cross body mountain climbers
=you do the push up position and raise you right knee going to you left side and do it also in the left knee to the right side.

15-20 reps 2-3 sets Elbow to knee crunch
=lie down and put your right feet in the left knee like a number four position and raise your left elbow to the right knee and do it in the other side also.

Plank do it 40 to 60 seconds....

Rest as needed...

That's what I do every day and I also wait for my coach to change the routine every month.We have to sweat our body everyday even just 30 or an hour not because we want to stay to loss weight but to stay fit.

Piece of Advice:
If you want to loss weight like me,Be patient and don't think too much of it because you just make your self stressfull.You have to enjoy and be happy because not everyone can do it the same way as we do.ENJOY.....!!!
