There are 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. This time is the same for everyone, not depending on who you are or where you are. Well, then why does Steve Jobs or Elon Musk seem to have done much more in the same time frame? Obviously, I can't be the only one who's surprised by their super-human abilities. Only hundreds of articles related to the day-to-day activities of these people can be found.
I would like to know the secret of their achievements as CEO of a company. Thus, I can benefit from them for the good of my own company. In order to obtain this information, they can use their work ethics, daily schedules and so on. read every article
After reading 100 articles, I started to see a template: these people only do things that will make their future more meaningful. In order to be better, they exercise on their abilities, exercise on a daily basis to stay fit and healthy in order to better manage their companies, they read more to increase their level of knowledge and strengthen their minds. You will find it very difficult to do those things that do not serve a greater purpose. Things that aren't geared to a bigger goal are like chewing gum, they're constantly chewing, but they never feed you and you're tired of your chin.
Before finishing a task, you need to ask yourself how valuable that task is for your future. How will the completion of this task affect your life? Will it make you a better person or will you reach your goals? If the answer is no, review what you need to spend your time more usefully. Socializing, for example, is not about wasting time, but is vital for your mental health. But the value we create from socializing varies greatly. You can spend time with your close friends to strengthen your ties, and you can improve your mental state as well as people with which your mind matches. You can also spend time with people who are not close to the fear of being lost (FOMO). Such times end in such a way as to make you feel that you do not miss anything and spend this quality time elsewhere.
Always remember that it is the intention that is important. Do you know why you're doing something? You'll be amazed that most people hardly ever ask this question.
When we understand our own actions, you will realize that we are in meaningless tasks, which are actually time-consuming. Now that you understand the difference, you can focus on your meaningful tasks.
We're doing a lot without realizing there's nothing but a waste of time
- Much work to avoid our problems
Imagine that there is a line and you have to cross it. You think this is hard, and instead of crossing that line, you're moving from one end to the other. But no matter how far you walk, if you never try to pass, you will always be behind that line.
This is like opening a problem. You can try to avoid it, but the problem will remain the same. If you don't face the problem in the first place, you'll end up working more. Worse yet, avoiding the problem will lead to bigger problems in your path. Time is precious. The more you try to avoid a problem, the more it will always stop there, and eventually you will have to face it. - Talk about our feelings rather than talk about solutions
Expressing emotions is important and this is natural. This is what makes us human, but more important is to think about your intentions.
Are you in the habit of constantly expressing your feelings without thinking about the solution of any problem? This seems to temporarily reduce the negativity, but the same problem again, the underlying problem will not occur again.
Instead of simply expressing emotions, you realize why and how you feel about how you reflect and understand yourself. Understanding the cause will help you to understand what you are doing, and it will give you the power to change what you do. Constructively, expressing your feelings may cause others to understand you better, but don't forget to do the behavior that involves a solution after you have expressed it. Otherwise, you may start to be perceived as a distorted sound recording.
