Breakfast
It all began with a conversation between friends in a chat group, a very friendly and young chat group from the WeSing community where bunch of young people who likes to sing Karaoke, we gather together giving support to each other. Off the singing, there's so much of chit chatting and drama everywhere. So, it all begin with a friend by the nickname of FISH FISH, showed us her McDonald's breakfast, and it triggers my hunger. Off I went for the duo with KFC.
Cheesy wrap
A piece of chicken tender, wrapped with tomato and cheese sauce. Freakishly awesome.
Egg riser
A sunnyside with a slice of bacon, spread with mayonnaise and cheese sauce. The sesame on the bun make it super mouth watering! And ofcourse to go down with a cup of coffee. Best of all, they use espresso machine in this outlet! So it's an Americano!
Lunch
Well, not quite as I expected. I wanted to go to Starbucks but thought of I need to keep my sugar level slightly on the low side. Had I go to the Chinese shop again, I will end up with a bowl of pork noodle without noodle. Out of desperate, here's what I got. Yet another meal in KFC. I ordered an Ala Carte meal, two pieces of fried chicken but that's all.
Window view of my table is not bad though. Now what left is, some pretty lady to walk pass here, but seems like no luck so far.
After meal, crashed into the Indian shop and ordered a glass of Lassi(unsweetened natural yogurt drink) and a glass of tea. Ask me why, and I'm telling you I don't know if I'm not eating enough or a huge piece of chocolate stuck at my butthole. I'm having constipation, as I couldn't get it out since yesterday. You wanna take a wild guess what happened half an hour after lunch? Well, you got it right! LOL
Workout
Have you seen the running number on my title 009? That's because I skipped one day, which is last Saturday morning due to rain. I weren't able to go out for a job, and I sleep in and procrastinate until I wasted the whole day. Today is supposed to be the 10th day of my lose weight and look good program. I purposely took this shot when following my workout routine, and looks like I pick myself up a little now. I should go harder tomorrow?
Dinner
Well, it's not that I wanted to skip meal, but there's nothing left in the fridge. So, a quick bite will do. A piece of huge onion pastry with sesame. A glass of chocolate milk. Again, I know I know, sugar level. I am doing everything I can. I'm just too damn lazy to cut the veges everytime should I prepare a meal.
10 days review
Some of you may say... WOW ! Shred 2.6kg in 10 days? That's not entirely new to me. 74 is always my barrier. Over the past 6 months, 74 has always been my barrier. The next is 71kg. If I can't get below 74, I will be stuck here forever. I need to burst more sweat and take the next level of training in order to get pass this. After this, it will be a quick drop to 71. I know my body, that's the amount of muscle mass can handle. I will have to deal with it one step at a time. It's been awhile since I'm here meeting 74, I'm hoping to break this down to around 73 before this weekend. As I shared with you, during the weekend diet is not quite possible, so what's left for me is weekdays. 3 days to shred that 1kg body fat currently 23.6%. We shall see how things worked out this Friday.
This is not a competition with @erikahfit but we respect each other and we give mutual support to each other so we will be on track and keep ourselves motivated. I want my sexy beach body, and she wanted a healthier body. I will recycle this portion of footer to keep reminding us we're on a mission.

Congrats, 2 kg in 10 days is a fine result, specialists usually say 0.5 to 1 kg a week. and I tend to choose 0.5 kg as I know how it is to give up everything, then one fine day you end up eating the whole fridge and a grocery store. So I'd say take it easy, don't starve your body and you can avoid overeating.
By the way, your posts are always containing food photos which is very bad for my diet 😂

As you said, men and women are different. More importantly, it's body fat. Eating the whole fridge? Easy, don't stock up 🤣 And don't worry, as you can see from my post, I ain't starving at all 🙂

u can research on autophagy, i lost 11 kgs in 2 months through it without extreme exercise. Started with keto, but one meal a day allows me to get my results faster. I lost some stubborn fat too.
That was before you go China? After came back from China and go China again months ago when I first met you here in Steem?

After coming back from China, It's the most recent progress. i lost 11 kgs within these 2 months, and still losing more. I'm aiming another 10kgs. I started with Keto in April with intermittent fasting, I can feel the fat burning so certain parts of the body is warm, and in May i started One Meal A Day, that's when the weight drop really fast. No protein powder involved, only probiotics and AFA.
Well, I will have to skip the one meal a day thing. I couldn't commit as my job requires me to entertain client very often 😅 Keto, unless I prepare my own food, which my place has no wet kitchen, and again entertaining customer whilst they eat what they eat and I alone eating chicken breast is not what entertaining call. May sound like excuses(but they are 🤣), I'm currently back to Atkins with maximum 100g carbs a day. My bottle neck is 74, which is now. I will have to either choose to skip one meal or I need a meal replacement to replenish. I will see you tomorrow if everything goes well, but will be there around 2pm 😅
