Interesting... I never once considered that different countries had different versions of flavored vinegar(s).
I mean.. I grew up with either white vinegar (used for preserving and canning) or apple cider vinegar and at times red wine vinegar.

I myself didn't really know as well. I knew like three variants but the black one was really interesting. Looking forward to try it with some crispy pork.
