Human being created with a certain ability of memory with different standards. And by time the brain memory also reduced whether it is due to the aging process or health conditions.
However there are some tips that we can do to improve memory:
- Keep your food intake
Eat nutritious foods and contain the substances which your body needs. Consume fish containing omega-3, nuts, green tea which rich in antioxidants, green vegetables and other nutritious foods
- Exercise
Exercise regularly according to the body needs. Do not be too lazy to exercise and do not exercise too much. Because exercise in the right portion helps maintain the performance and metabolism of the body and smooth blood circulation to the brain which is effect to our brain memory.
- Quality Rest
Every human being needs time to rest. Adequate sleep is needed in the process of maintaining the ability of our brain. Because enough sleep and quality sleep can refresh our mind and body, then when wake up the brain and our body become more fit. Adequate sleep can also prevent stress that can affect brain memory.
- Brain Exercise
Our brain also needs to be trained so that it can always be awake and is in excellent condition and ability. Brainstorm with frequent brain gymnastics. Gymnastics brain itself can be done by play puzzles, crossword puzzles or by playing games. The certain games can improve memory. For example game memorize pictures, guess games or search for differences games.
