「DIY系列」毛毛虫豆沙包

这是我目前为止花时间最久的一次烘焙,大部分的时间在等待面团醒发,在这里还要特别说明一点,真的只有高筋面粉才能做出面包的拉丝和蓬松感。

准备材料如下:

高筋面粉 500g

酵母 5g

鸡蛋 1个

细砂糖 20ml

温牛奶 100ml

红豆沙 适量

芝麻 适量

Step 1

往容器中倒入高筋面粉,依次加入酵母、鸡蛋、细砂糖和温牛奶,搅拌至絮状。

Step 2

揉成面团倒入玉米油,醒发至两倍大,最好是筷子插入其中不会弹出。以后,开始继续揉面排气,耗时30分钟以上,直到揉出手套膜。

Step 3

像包包子一样包入豆沙,再用擀面杖擀出牛舌状,用小刀划口,再翻面卷好。

Step 4

装入烤盘,淋上蛋液,撒上芝麻。烤箱预热后,上下火150度烤18分钟出炉。
