I noticed an resteemed. I'm not an expert on how to run delegation contests. It's just trial and error. The way I handled it was not the best way, and I take with me what I did wrong, hoping I won't make the same mistake again next time.
It was definitely not the best way to run my contest, but under the current circumstances, I saw no other way. I will definitely approach it in a different way next time. But learning and improving is a matter of making mistakes and learning from those mistakes..Before, it was so much easier: I simply asked contestants to join @abh12345's engagement leagues an picked the 4 top performing contestants. It was easy, because there was a measurement on who was really putting in an effort. Since their low RC limits newcomers, they can't rank in the leagues anymore, so selecting delegatees is a bit of a wild guess...
So true. I call it "life."
