We are indeed adapting and changing our plan regularly with each price movement of Steem. We guaranteed our users 1 x upvote per day from 3000 SP and this will remain for life, we have been going strong and month by month we've been slowly moving towards our goals.
We're excited by the upcoming Phase #3 it's just a matter of balancing the costs of SP and the value of upvote vs price users pay. We thought that rather than staying silent and upvoting each day that we'd create our new competitions to keep our users engaged and to also give them a chance of earning a little extra from their @SteemitBuilder membership.
We're also liking the new changes to Steem, great to see things changing, however we are in desperate need of an updated gui for this site... It's been too long and I think the design puts off new members as it's very plain and uninspiring, but hey we're sure this will change soon.
