Hello dear Steemians,
Last few days there are a lot of rumors about Steem, Steemit and Tron. If until now nobody knew who is Justin Sun, now all Steem Community know but only the way how it was done was not so correct.
We see a lot of posts around this topic many very worried and few Steemians decided to leave but if this is the case that only means that they have do not realize that Steemit and Steem are not the same and if Steemit Inc is now taken over that does not mean that it is Steem Blockchanin is taken over.
That is why when I decided to amend a bit my old painting and used logo of ….Steemit, my hubby reminded me that that is the Steem logo and not Steemit. :-)
There are many apps that existing around Steem such as Esteem, used to be NTopaz, Apics, Steempeak and so on. Many of them developing their program in order to offer something to users, that did not happen on Steemit.
As human being we got used to have comfortable life, routine that we do not want to change we are afraid to go out of our comfort zone and try something. But there are sometimes the situation like this we are put in front of the fact and we should deal ourselves.
That reminds me the moment from my past when I was working for AEA International company, that I joined in 1989, the company that was grounded in 1985 by two people French doctor and businessman to provide medical assistance services to expatriate communities and international organizations in Southeast Asia. In 1998the company bought “International SOS Assistance” that was large international medical assistance company. I remember how we were happy that we got bigger and how the employee of other company were unhappy and many of them left despite of being offered good posts and same salary. The company exists now too and is renamed to “SOS International” still growing and successful, operating in the whole world.
I think for all of us who believe in Steem as Cryptocurrency and Steem as blockchain, we should give Tron a chance and see what happens.
The person behind Tron Justin who decided to buy Steemit invested a lot and as every businessman who will try to make his investment to grow and has no interest to lose. Much depends on us, our future is in our hands, many of us here because we like the idea, we like the feeling of community, communication, our own development, that is why we are here.

Agree, the time will show, the same like I think back if I knew that Bitcoin will reach such high level, I would have bought some 10 years ago :)

I do hope that Justin Sun would really make STEEM grow as he had said so we just have to ride with the changes I guess @stef1
I also think so, but also it much depends on us, how we behave ourselves stay together and strive for the same goal, not create much trouble and unnecessary panic :)
I want to believe too:) And i am also hopeful and happy to read your opinion and excelent example:) Steemit is a company and steem is community of people. The company makes deals and the people make relationships. Its good to have these two seperate:)
Hi George, it is nice to hear such great comments and to know that so many of us who are a part of Steem community will stay put and support that what became our home. It will be a shame to lose it :)
