Good day guys!
"Today I share a image from my trip through Nepal in April 2019. The location was in Phokara, a province a few hours west of Katmandu. I remember taking a bus there which took roughly 6 hours for actually quite a short distance. The view you see above in the picture is from one of the many mountains around this area. It's really worth the hike to get this kind of stunning views. "
- The motive is a landscape view over the lake in Pokhara
- The time when I took this picture was in the early afternoon
- There were no camera filters used for this shot
Hope you all have a great day!
Best,
Chris

I was in Nepal a number of years ago and Pokhara was my favorite location out of everywhere I went. I really enjoyed hiring a boat and going fishing in the "secret spots" on the lake with a chest of beer that the boat guy arranged all of for us.
I haven't really seen much else except Pokhara but hearing that from you makes me confident that I've picked the right spot for the time I've had!
Catching some fish with a chest of beers, sounds fairly just perfect and the right thing to do at this calm place. Should have done that as well ;)
Btw - Missed your Boxing/UFC post yesterday.. Hope u had at least time to watch it @gooddream
things have been a bit crazy with me moving and changing countries, watching sports hasn't really been very high up on the agenda lately. It will be once i get this condo sorted out :)
Sure thing and again, good luck on your new chapter! :))
yeah, it was a very welcome place to be after the 10 day trek i had done just before arriving in Pokhara. I liked the trekking but exercising for 5-7 hours a day for that long starts to grind at me after a while.
Yeah I can imagine that. But still, it's quite a must do in Nepal I'd say :D - I haven't done any longer treks as I did not have enough time.. I have to return one day when I'm more free though.
