It is a computer punch card I believe. Used to program computers and for storage back in the day. We had one in the basement at my first computer job in 1990. But hard to say when that one was made or used. They were used for many other things prior to the computer. Could be 50's to 70's. Unless there is a date on it, looks like an old IBM punch card.
