Interesting look at human nature and the blockchain...I think SteemRomania and steemit in general can help bring about change in the community and economy but I don't think it will be a very significant game changer. I think SteemRomania has a great opportunity to be the nuclei of change but it would depend largely on the success of Steemit in general. As you said "let's not forget that in any revolution there is a counterrevolution and the "blockchain revolution" will not be exempt from this." We know even now that there are multiple different blockchains and coins, ICO's etc... that are all competing for a pice of the pie. It is inevitable that in the end only a few blockchains will actually be of value and adopted in the mainstream... there will be and are more social media blockchains coming out that will put Steemit to the test...Which one will come out on top remains to be seen. I think Steemit has a great head start but I also think there will be something that will beat it out in the long run because there is a lot that can be improved and the competition will outperform. But in the short term, yes it can help...but really only people who are on steemit because most people don't even know steemit exists.

It is very true what you say. SteemRomania's success also depends on Steem, and if Steem disappears (I'm sure that many coins and tokens will disappear, but not blockchain technology itself), then SteemRomania will not take place anymore.
But if we manage to create a mechanism of action and a community, it will be quite easy to migrate to another blockchain (EOS?)
And about the number of people on Steem, we can only make sustained efforts to bring new and new Steem users. It should not be very hard!
