2005 Sovereign New George and the Dragon Design
In 2005 Timothy Noad was given the job of designing a new George and The Dragon for this Sovereign, having to follow Pettruci's design was a task indeed. The 2005 Sovereign does not commemorate any special occasion or any special date, and this design has only ever been used on the 2005 Sovereign, making this one-year-only Sovereign highly unusual and is becoming sought after now and in the future.
Where can you buy these?

Definitely buy from a reputable coin dealer it's worth extra for premium coins you don't wanna get scammed with something like this! Sov.
I think there quite rare I've never seen one for sale! Sov.
I'd almost call this the Rocking Horse Sovereign, but not in a mocking way.
It looks like an exciting chess piece, the knight. Wizarding Chess, I suppose!
That is an stylized and beautiful coin. SOV.
A little cartoonish twist on the Saint George and the Dragon, probably not a design for all but still generally a lovely coin there.

I really like this design because it's so different from all the rest, totally different style! Sov.
It's incredibly well sculpted to get that impression of depth on the design, how the Knights sword goes in front of him and behind his head, very cool! Sov.
Upvoted and resteemed, Sov.
