It saves them money in the summer due to golds natural reflective properties. The golden bank seems more like a fuck you to the entire city reminding of you of their wealth.

Buy both. Banks stocks in Canada have performed well and I think that will continue. They're even stretching out large over seas and into the US. There just wasn't enuff ppl to fleece in just Canada lol
Ha so true! Canadian banks are Goliaths. But that's the point. Can Bank stock prices are nosebleeding along with many other over-valued stocks.
If there's a Market crash, or when there's a market crash, it will more likely be the commodity based companies that remain relatively unscathed. Hiwever, i would be happy if i already held a position in RBC or one of the other ones...

i just took a loan out today of £1000 and bought more bitcoin, I thought I would use them for my own advantage il skim off the investment and sell a bit of bitcoin each month to pay back the repayments to the bank.
Yeah that maybe a good play depending on the rate and the performance of BTC. Feels like it's still gaining momentum!

I'd suggest buying locally. Chances are it'll be cheaper and you'll save shipping. The better relationship you for at the shop will save ya money. U can haggle and pay a little less. Online it would all depend where u live?

It is worse than you say about loaning 4 dollars for each dollar on hand., because it is 9. They loan out 9 dollars for each dollar in the bank. They are required to hold 10% of the outstanding debt. It's CraZy! I'll need to find a reference for here.
For now, I recommend Mike Maloney YouTube videos. His videos cover the minimum deposits required. His videos also cover this aspect of the never-ending debt scenario.
Yeah I've seen alot of Maloney's vids. It's all common sense kinda stuff. I'm already sold on gold and silver. And the fact that banks arent doing us any favors although they pretend to serve us
