My feelings for the 2018 Koala and gold Kangaroo is "meh". The silver Koala and gold Kangaroo have generic designs. I'm disappointed with the 2018 Dog designs. The 2018 Dog coins look similar to the 2006 Dog coins. The 2018 Dog coins depict a Labrador and German Shepard. The 2006 Dog coins also depict a Labrador and German Shepard. I expected the 2018 coins to feature different dog breeds from the 2006 coins. So the 2018 Dog coins aren't very creative. In fact, the 2018 Dog coins are copies of the 2006 Dog coins. The new Platinum Kangaroo is also a very disappointing coin. The Platinum Kangaroo looks identical to the Silver Kangaroo. That Platinum Kangaroo replaced the Platinum Platypus. I very much prefer the Platinum Platypus over the Platinum Kangaroo. However, I really like the 2018 Kookaburra. The moon on the 2018 Kook reminds me of the 2015 Kangaroo design. The 2018 Kook is by far one of the better Kookaburra designs in recent years.

Even though they use the same breeds as in 2006 I think dog looks better than the rooster. I'm looking forward to get the Kookaburra that one looks amazing and I can't wait to have it in my hands.
