TOP 7 LITTLE-KNOWN USES & BENEFITS of SILVER - Another pick-up from Chautaugua Silver Works

in #steemsilvergold7 years ago (edited)

Hello Friends!

I recently picked up another round from Chautaugua Silver Works from phelimint.com. As it turns out, this is a private mint and all rounds have been designed by one madman genius designer, Ron Kinney out of New York. I know many here think twice about numismatics, but as they say, "a thing of beauty is a joy forever", especially when its unique! If I come across something different, I am always drawn to it. This is my second round from this mint and I seem to always go through the same thought process. First I ask myself, "Huh? What is this?" Followed by, "wow, that's different. I wonder what he's trying to convey?" Then I'll typically poke around the internet and eventually buy the damn ounce.

Here's a close up:

Silver - Not Just for Stackitis

When I saw the design/message, I started researching and came upon Colloidal Silver. I had no idea one of our favorite metals could be so useful! Although you can read them right on the round itself, here are 7 health benefits of colloidal silver:

  1. Antimicrobial without creating resistance - no more superbugs!
Binds with cellular oxygen, cell membranes, and DNA, preventing cellular respiration, reproduction, and energy production.

  2. Anti-fungal and good for burns & eczema

  3. Treats Pink eye & Ear Infections

  4. Antiviral - it suffocates the virus by sapping it's oxygen.

  5. Anti-inflammatory properties

  6. Controls Sinus infections

  7. May prevent all types of Flu!

As always, do you own research, especially regarding health matters. But it is nice to think we can cure more than just stackitus with our silver!

Thank you for your continued support of SteemSilverGold

Interesting coin like it

Well, thank you very much!

Beautiful rounds. Very good detailing on the ropes.

thank you @khamen! I'm considering a near-future post to showcase coins I acquired early in my steemit career now that I have more followers than I did 9 months ago. Stay tuned! Thanks again!

Yes, go for it! I would love to see more of your collection.

That's the most beautiful, tiniest coin I have seen. I have to check and see if they still offer them. Really nice. Thank you for showing your stuff.

It's all good @nofiat Nice New Silver Rounds.............

So, stacking silver is good to your health! :=)

My mom told me that my granddad used to throw a silver coin (or two) in his water well, which always made his water taste really delicious... all visitors used to remark on how tasty the water was. Of course, he never revealed his secret...

thanks @vliet! I find time and time again that the old-timers have all the wisdom!

They do!

Well-water alone sounds delicious after a begrudging return to city water...I use a filtered water jug most times but I drink so much water, it can rarely keep up. This motivates me not only to get back to a property that has a well, but also to have a few rounds to spare to really enjoy the luxury of piece of mind with what is hidden in the water I drink.

Having one's own well sounds like a true luxury!
I used to drink filtered water, but now I simply keep a silver coin in my water jug - easier and cheaper :-)

Congratulation nofiat! Your post has appeared on the hot page after 14min with 19 votes.

Great showcase man! Ron certainly does have quite the mind for the designs. Make sure to check out our blog for his email info to get on his mailing list, he’s got a really awesome series in the works now.

(the minimal tip is 0.1 SBD)

funny - I just mentioned "tip" and it triggered this bot. Interesting though, since I am looking into the service. ha!

😉 - Send 10 SBD to @nofiat and I will teach you how you can do the same, lol
