It is a French expression that means out of competition. It is used when someone's level is so above the other participants's level that the competition is unfair. In a race with Usain Bolt, he is hors-concours.
it might seem like im always winning but my life is actually pretty balanced i have to put up with a lot of shit so its kind of even :)
