I will keep an eye out, although for the past week or so my page is full of posts in Russian and other languages I don't speak so hopefully whatever is causing that will be fixed and I'll see the announcement in English so I don't miss it. :D
A bit of both as far as I can tell. There are resteems but there are also original posts, there are some in Russian and Chinese, and others that I couldn't say for sure what language they are. I just refresh the page a half dozen times and eventually I get English. Its so weird. Technology really loves me. :D
