The Death Of The Dollar Series is a multi sculpt series that endeavours to show the many nations and millions of people that have suffered and been held hostage by the reign of the all mighty US Dollar. It blends some of the cultural aspects related to Death and the representation of debt as death.
Chris Duane had the ‘Winter Is Here’ sculpt created in 2016 and has developed a whole series around the idea that if the dollar was to finally die, there are many people that would benefit and have their own local currencies empowered.
This idea has led to a rather large series of coins, that Chris is still adding to. These are the first two strikes in the series, I will endeavour to post on them, but because of the size of the series I will be breaking it up over a few posts. Hopefully the photo’s will do the beauty of some of these strikes justice.
This is the first strike in the Death Of The Dollar series, which highlights the Merican Empire and it’s debt and death paradigm. It seems that wherever American Bombs go, the bankers always follow to profit on the death and carnage left in Americas wake.
While the American Dollar seems unstoppable, widely accepted the world around, there is also a great deal of pain, resentment and despise built up towards the dollar and it’s debt slave collar.
No one is more aware of this than Vladimir Putin. The Russians suffered tremendously under the Anglo American Bolshevik invasion with the collapse of the Soviet Union. Vladimir Putin quietly rose to power right under the noses of the Rothschild Oligarchs only to expel them from the country.
Putin has revived Russia back to it’s Czarist glory in a democratic way (some may argue over ‘democratic’) He has actively increased Russia’s gold holdings, recovered the assets stolen by the Rothschild Oligarchs and forged strong alliances with other AntiHegemon Partners, such as China, that do not benefit from the Dollar hegemony.
The sculpt itself portrays Vladimir Putin sitting upon a ‘Game Of Thrones’ themed throne combined with the Double Headed Eagle from the Russian Coat Of Arms. In Vladimir Putins hand he holds an American Dollar, which is one fire. He knows that winter is Here and the end of the Dollar is on it’s way.
The strike itself looks great in person, the Head of Vladimir Putin is easily recognisable when you hold the coin in hand, but it is very hard to photograph right. I know other members of the Silver Shield Group encountered the same trouble when showing off the coin on the forum.
This strike is the third version of this design. The first Debt and Death coin was before its time and was the start of the Silver Shield Movement. It was unique in a world of government issued coins, it has been copied by a few people but nothing has lived up to the original. It was a unique design, minted privately and stood as a grass roots - anti debt and death statement.
The third revision of the coin was struck as a half proof, half BU strike, and is a testament to the Rothschild family history of spreading debt and death to the world. They have sought to secure a vast amount of power worldwide by controlling the government issued debt, issuance of debt based fiat money and the spreading of war, all in the name of making insane amounts of profit for their ‘exclusive’ family.
Nathaniel Rothschild is the feature of this strike, who was one of five brothers spread across Europe in the Rothschild banking dynasty. He was able to leverage the loss of Napoleon into controlling stocks, bonds and banking of the British empire that would end up dominating the world for the next century.
This sculpt itself is the third take on the design and is the second one sculpted by the acclaimed Heidi Wastweet. The design addresses the issue of the first two, where the text was a bit hard to read. It looks great in person and almost has an antiqued look to it (also due to only being half proof - the silver shield side is the proof side), it is a great design although personally I really like the V4 (which I will cover in a future post).
Chris has tried to establish the Silver Shield Brand to showcase the fall of the debt and death paradigm (this phrase will be extremely familiar to anyone who follows Chris’s work) and as an exclamation point for future generations to realise that not everybody was blindsided and brainwashed by the current state of affairs of the world.
Personally I find the message behind Chris’s brand of silver resonates with me and my view of the current state of affairs in the world. Like most silver stackers, I am waiting for the corrections in the manipulated markets to bear down on the world economy, so I enjoy silver with a very strong message that hints at the things to come, that at some stage will be strikes showing the history of the financial reset.
It may not be every bodies cup of tea, but I love the thought provoking images and messages of the Silver Shield brand over the more generic strikes of animals and sports tributes. For those of you that shudder in horror about paying a premium for a collectable, low mintage coin, Chris is now selling the Silver Shield BU strikes at a few dollars over spot (comparable to some of the government issued BU) straight from the horses mouth at Golden State Mint, which is where I picked up the Winter Is Here Bu and Copper strikes.
Stay tuned for the continuation of this series in the near future.

By the way, I just saw Chris has been banned from you tube for his news videos. Pity!!
Yea I have just left him a message on the forum, informing him of steemit and d-tube, but I a not too sure he will be down for anything crypto related. Not surprising though, anyone with a slightly alternative viewpoint seems to be getting banned from you tube! Thank goodness for steemit and the uncensored blockchain.
Yet another thought provoking and very informative post @silvernova. Love the "In debt and death they trust"coin. No, actually I really like them both and the symbolism. Another fine post.
Thankyou @madeinhisimage I am glad you liked the coins. The debt and death coin is probably my favourite of the two, but I think that’s because of the slightly antiqued appearance it has. There are some awesome designs further down the series when I get around to photographing them.

Some of them are truly great.
I just wish the collaspe will just hurry up. I have been waiting for a number of years though I sense that it maybe this year but we'll wait and see!
I know how you feel, it seems wrong to sort of want the collapse to happen but things are soooo screwed up with the economy worldwide you have to wonder just how much longer it can go on.
There seems to be a bit of an awakening with the general population as they realise something is not quite right, although I don’t think they can quite put their finger on it. It’s a real catch 22 for us metal investors as yes the prices are cheap and ‘on sale’ as they say, but we all want to see our investments realised too!
I don’t want people to suffer, I just want to be able to buy my little patch of land and settle down to work the land. Oh and I don’t want to get completely overwhelmed in debt to do it, paying hyper inflated prices for land and housing when they are balls deep in a bubble! The death of the Dollar is on the cards, with Russia and China making their moves, it surely can’t last too much longer!
