You know what, I am the same exact way as you, my friend. My wallet has a large hole, and I just need to buy that silver and gold right away. If I don't, I will surely spend it on something else! You are lucky to have an LCS to run to. Cheap stuff is great to have. The closer I can get it to spot is always better. It is the experience of almost everyone who had to sell portions of their stack that they could never recover the premiums they paid for their silver, except the American Silver Eagles which many LCS buy with some premium over spot.
