Why 10 hrs?
Writing good posts is hard, and the surreptitious spammers around here are ubiquitous. Why not change the “decay” to 24hrs instead of 10?
For serious posts, once a day is enough! Making it a 10hr window just inspires more shit posts — i know this because i have calculated the benefit of just posting for the sake of it...
One vote per 24hrs is already super-luxe... take some of the heat off superstar! Let’s chill into a sustainable, longterm, course of action.

Hey Stax, i was wondering why the boomer up vote hadn't landed... i ust checked my wallet and my sneaky-ninja boost was returned due to my own clerical error -- i voted on a comment or something. Anyway, it was 50sbd that was returned and has since been spent... however, there is a fifty coming in next coupe days.

Yep, i agree! With a 10hr window i have felt the urge to take some crappy photos and add a paragraph of bullshit just for the vote...
By all means post as much as you want, but 1 Stax vote per 24hrs would do a lot to stop drainage, while still rewarding people for good solid posts. In fact, for the people who only post once per day, or less, it would be a benefit because Stax’ vote would be larger.
The last crap post i did lost me some charished followers,lesson learned people,dont post crap and post alot less!

I agree. I don't post very often so I am not a drain on the system but I personally would feel guilty posting multiple times a day and receiving an upvote from Stax each time, particularly if the posts were not silver related. One vote per user every 24 hours sounds like a good idea to me.
