That sucks! If you run into something like that again, you can try asking them if they will "cross-ship" you another one. You'll have to pay for an additional item, but they'll refund that amount when they receive the broken one back. It's not fun to have to pay twice, but at least you get the working item a bit sooner.
They went ahead and sent the new one when I showed them the old one was coming back. Couple days ill be happy😀
That's nice of them. As long as it's on the way, it's not like you're going to keep a broken furnace. Heh. That would be an expensive paperweight. Glad you can get back at it in a few days.
