First of all I want to say that Rondo is one of my favorite NBA players.
However It is important to say that he is not be able to play alone and this season is the clearer explanation: Anthony Davis has been the best player with LeBron and Harden (until now), even thank to Rondo: so he is not a leader (even in Boston he was not a leader), but he is a perfect team glue. I hope that next season he will be on the same road and he will show us his assistman skills!!!

Absolutely. He needs other great players around him, he can't do it alone like LeBron. He has been a leader in the past though just not on the stat sheet. But he's a leader in the sense of a floor general and calling plays. You saw it a lot in the blazers series.
