For the young guys it is important to develop a consistent jumpshot. Too often young players cannot shoot and have poor form and rely entirely on their athletic ability. This is fine until they are matched up with someone who is equally or even more athletic.
To all the young ballers out there: Work on consistency with your jumpshot. Don't just shoot 3 pointers. One dribble pullups, shot fakes, catch and shoot all help to make you become a better a shooter once your form is correct!
