Daniel Carlson played in every game during his four year career for the Auburn Tigers. He was the featured kicker as soon as he stepped on to campus and had a fantastic career. Carlson would make a perfect 57-57 extra point attempts as a freshman. He would nail 75% of his field goal attempts and he was even called upon to punt the ball due to his teammates being injured. He would punt 8 times for an average of 39.6 yards.

He would be even more accurate in his field goal kicks during his sophomore year. He would connect on 23-27 attempts for 85.2%. He would again be perfect in his extra point attempts, making 40-40. In fact, he would never even miss an extra point in his entire career. He set a school record of 198 straight extra point attempts.
The junior year for Carlson was his best. He would make a career high 28 field goals and connect at 87.5% of the time. Carlson would finish his career at Auburn with an average of over 80% and 92 career field goal makes.
He helped his Auburn Tiger teammates win a ton of games and will be looked upon fondly by the fans base. He should be the first Place Kicker to hear his name taken off of the board.

hi @steemsports i resteemed this post but do not know what benefit of resteem-post ?
I can't believe Daniel Carlson is on the blockchain! I don't know him personally but have a lot of mutual friends and they say he's a great guy that deserves everything he's about to get. This man was automatic all 4 years it has been nice not having to worry about field goals. We have his little brother coming in next year so hopefully the genes stay strong and he has success too. Great post your coverage is so good you cover these guys that are so talented/important but won't get the coverage they deserve.
