Nigeria Football Federation
The Nigeria Football Federation on Monday released a list of coaches who will be in charge of the various National teams. The coaches Super Eagles, the U-17 and U-20 women teams were not included in the reshuffle as they still have running contracts.
Gernot Rohr will continue in his place as the head coach of the Super Eagles having recently renewed his contract until 2020.
The first of the reshuffle sees Salish Yusuf, who doubles as Gernot Rohr's super eagle’s assistant and as head coach of the super eagles B team, given the responsibility of handling the male U-23 (Olympic team) and he will be assisted by El Kanemi Warriors coach Imams Amapakabo and Plateau United technical adviser Kennedy Boboye.
The most obvious change is in the U-20 men category where Paul Aigbogun (Eyimba coach) will take over from Akwa United’s Abdul Maikaba who will as assistant to the former.
The 2013 FIFA U-17 world cup winning coach, Many Garbage, has been given the task to manage the U-17 side after almost 3 years in charge of the U-20s where he won the African U-20 Championship in 2015.
Alala Danladi Nasidi and Jolomi Atune Ali will willtaje charge of the U-15 and U-13 male teams respectively.
