These days they are growing incredibly fast after the fresh investments from Chinese funds. Today they are employing 5-10 people per day.
Also, they don't write the patents, and you can see some wonders. When I was there (2 times) they felt completely free and confident to show the secret projects with the honor word - don't speak about it.
