WHAT IS BREASTFEEDING?

It is a physiological process by which babies feed on the breast of the mother, the mother milk is the better thing that we can offer to our babies.

How important is?

It is important since this one composed by leukocytes and antibodies entrusted to protect our babies of possible infections as:

  • Respiratory.

  • Intestinal.

Apart from that, breast milk contains all the necessary nutrients for our babies "(Nutrient: Is a chemical substance found in foods that is used in the human body)"

  • Carbohydrates.

  • Proteins.

  • Fats.

  • Vitamins.

  • Minerals.

  • Water, among others.

CARBOHYDRATES They are sugars and fibers that we find in some foods like: fruits, vegetables, grains, among others.

I have read in some articles where they indicate that minerals are much more important for nutrition than vitamins.

And how this breast milk is produced?

For this to happen we must be under the influence of these hormones:

  • Prolactin: Is responsible for the production of milk.

  • Oxytocin: is the one that triggers the ejection of milk.

The best and most advisable is to take a healthy diet during the period of lactation, a strict diet is not necessary unless the case merits it.

In my case I still apply breastfeeding with my baby, It is very economical but at the same time very healthy for the little one.

I hope and wish you like my publication, the truth seems to me a very interesting topic, besides, they do not talk much about the.
