That was certainly an interesting read. It was something I actually never thought it could exist. Eating placenta? what the hell!
On the science side, I can imagine its consumption cannot produce anything of value. After all, it is just a couple of membranes with vessels on it. Nothing a normal diet wouldn't provide much better!
