My opinion :

  1. The youthful source is our thoughts, talents, and creativity that bring into our lives and the lives of those we love. If we learn to take advantage of this source, we will surely have defeated the ages.
  2. To survive, an adult human needs four hugs per day. For health, it takes eight hugs in a day. If you want to stay young, happy, and for growth? Humans need twelve hugs per day. Meaning again, humans desperately need a hug.
