Groups can't choose or act. Only individuals have such a capacity. Even when individuls consciously cooperate, no new entity is created and no new rights are acquired.

A group is a collection of individuals, so yes a group can choose and act, just not like some kind of metaphysical entity. And granted, no new entity is created, no new rights are aquired. So what, what´s your point?
