Another thing that I use is essential oils which also are really helpful with sleeping. I use doTERRA essential oils because they are the purest and most potent essential oils in the market so they provide the best health benefits. Oils like lavender, vetiver, sandalwood, serenity blend have amazing sleeping benefits. You can diffuse them, or apply them on bottom of your feet, or take a bath before sleep with lavender oil, or just apply on your pillow case.

Hope that your family member will find what works the best for them because it is very frustrating when you can't sleep and not good for your health.

Wow!! @joalvarez Very true, sleeplessness is bad for health because sleep is meant to rejuvenate you. Thank you for this information about other things that could help deal with Insomia. I will definately inform her about them.
