The importance of beauty cannot be overemphasized ND as such people are always looking for tips and new things to try,Buying a whole lot of products here and there... But in truth, these products were extracted and derived from nature so really why go for products when the source is available ND not mention cheaper.... Here are some few very easy and doable beauty recipes I found, tried and recommend for anyone and everyone who acknowledges the importance of natural beauty..
BRIGHTENING ALOE CUCUMBER LEMON MASK
Aloe ver and cucumber are known to cool and soothe, while lemon (used sparingly and rinsed thoroughly) can brighten dull skin.
Ingredients:
•Two tablespoons Aloe Vera gel (preferably fresh from the stalk of an Aloe Vera plant)
•Half of a chopped cucumber, seeds removed
•One teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Mix Aloe, cucumber, and lemon juice together in a blender or food processer. Apply the mixture evenly to face.
Leave on for 10-15 minutes before washing off with cool water.
LAVENDER COCONUT OIL CUTICLE BALM
Dry cuticles are not only unsightly, but they can be distracting and uncomfortable. This recipe has to be the easiest remedy around.
Ingredients:
•Two tablespoons coconut oil
•A few drops lavender essential oil
Melt coconut oil and add essential oil. Pour into small pot and let cool. Massage onto cuticles anytime.
YOUGHURT AND HONEY FACIAL MASK
This mask is so easy to make and its benefits are endless. Yogurt has wonderful anti-aging properties, so applying this delicious snack directly onto the skin can tighten pores, and brighten and heal skin. Add some soothing and hydrating liquid honey to the mix and you’ll find it hard not to lick the mask right off your face!
Ingredients:
•One tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
•One tablespoon liquid honey
Mix yogurt and honey together. Apply directly to face and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse off with damp cloth.
Strawberry Scrub and Face Mask
Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and their seeds are natural exfoliators. Oats have anti-inflammatory properties and can be used by those with even the most sensitive skin.
Ingredients:
•Two large, ripe strawberries
•Two tablespoons finely ground oats
Mash strawberries well and stir in ground oats. Gently massage the mixture onto your face and then let sit 15 minutes. Remove the mask using a warm cloth.
