RE: A Few Existing Theories About Our Universe #3

Imagine that something what 800 km means in terms of:

  • walking 34 days
  • driving 8 hours
  • flying 1 hour
  • Voyager1 only 47 seconds.

If technology could improve to go faster, how long would the journy then be?

and what if after all entering the "wormhole" does provide nothing?

The technology makes it possible, sure, but at the moment a probe from earth to mars takes almost 10 months. If we would launch a manned Mars mission, it would loosely take between 15 and 18 months. We're still using outdated propulsion systems. I hope that will change in the near future.

I had read that Tesla research into alternative propulsion systems. Maybe they will bring the change?
