Oh, I kind of hate it whenever the three-phase problem evolves unintendedly in the lab. The determination of the relevant phase and even phase separation are especially annoying as soon as also protein and cellular matrix is involved.^^
Yes!! thats true. They will in some emulsion stuff and thats terribly annoying!
